At Satoon Wear, our refund and return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unstitched, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be returned in its original packaging with tags intact.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Used, washed, or stitched fabric
  • Items damaged due to customer handling
  • Sale / discounted items
  • Customized or special order items

Return Requirements

To complete your return, we require:

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Clear images/video showing the issue (if applicable)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

  • Item returned in damaged condition not caused by us
  • Missing original packaging or tags
  • Return request made after the allowed time period

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your card provider or bank (processing times may vary)

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
